🦙The rental fee for attractions is indicated for 12h

🦙The rental fee for inflatable attractions is indicated for 12h

🦙If attractions are rented for less than 12 hours, the rental price remains unchanged;

🦙Delivery costs are not included in the rental price.

🦙Use glitter, slime, kinetic sand.

deposit

🦙 When booking any attraction, we have a security deposit - "Deposit".

🦙Deposit-100 Euro for inflatable attractions

🦙 Deposit-50 Euro for attractions

🦙 We return the deposit, after receiving the product, in an undamaged form.

🦙If the customer cancels the reservation, the deposit will not be returned;

🦙It is possible to change the reservation date if there is a free date.

terms of use

🦙Animals are not allowed in playgrounds and inflatable attractions;

🦙When using inflatable attractions, do not exceed the permissible number of people or the amount of weight (information about each attraction is available on the website);

🦙 It is forbidden to climb over the sides of the inflatable attraction, fold its elements.

🦙 It is forbidden to use inflatable attractions or playgrounds during rain and strong wind.

🦙In case of sudden rain, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the playground with a cover that we provide.

🦙 In case of sudden rain, the inflatable attraction should be immediately disconnected from the blower and folded up and placed indoors or in a shelter. The blower must be disconnected from the power supply and placed indoors.

🦙 After installing or handing over the attraction to the customer, the customer is responsible for its use and safety! 

 

If the rules of use are not observed, or if any damage is found to the inventory, for example, stains that cannot be cleaned with a wet napkin or a wet cloth, cuts, scratches, tears, then the deposit payment is withheld!

 

Observe

🦙To receive the attraction, the Lessee must present the Lessee's identity document;

🦙The lessor hands over the attraction to the Lessee at the place and time specified in the Agreement,

🦙The lessee must familiarize himself with the terms of use of the attraction;

🦙The Lessee undertakes to return the attraction to the Lessor at the place and time specified in the Agreement in the same order of use as received;

🦙The lessee may not take the rented attraction outside the borders of the Republic of Latvia;

🦙The lessee who receives the attraction, before using the attraction, undertakes to familiarize the children/group/collective with the rules of using the attraction;

🦙If the attraction is torn, damaged or lost during the rental due to or without the Lessee's fault, the Lessee shall cover the losses.;

🦙The Lessee cannot return the attraction to the Lessor, then the Lessee compensates the Lessor for the damages caused in full;

🦙During the use of the attraction, the children's behavior and actions are controlled by their parents or persons under the supervision of the child.
